NEAP Software Workshop - Red Cow

The NEAP Software for Non Residential Buildings in the form of the Simplified Building Energy Model for Ireland (SBEMie) is available on the SEAI website.

SEAI are hosting a series of workshops to guide Non Domestic BER Assessors and Design Team Members on the changes to the software and highlight key features within the software for achieving compliance with the regulations. Please note this will not be an SBEM training course.

The workshop content will include the following:

• Overview of Part L to set context: DHPLG

• Key changes to SBEM & Future requirements: SEAI

• Update to the Survey Guide/ Guidance Documents: SEAI
